So you got ripped off by boardparadise / tightboards?

.... Me too.

This shop needs taking down - just read here:

http://community.burton.com/forums/1/430131/ShowThread.aspx

or here:

http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/39876/page/1

I really hope this shop crashes and burns soon, because they deserve it. Do not order from this place - you will regret it. If you think of any creative ways of letting them know how you feel, please feel free to post here.

Consumer Fraud Alert! Tightboards lists products for sale on their website that they do not even actually have. Once they charge you credit card they call you and tell you a story about how it just went out of stock (yet they refuse to update their website). They then refuse to refund your money and demand you take store credit. If you have had problems with Tightboards PLEASE call Carol at the North Carolina Attorney Generals Office of Consumer Protection 919-716-6400.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
But if you already have and have paid by credit card, don't believe anything you hear from them about crediting your account. They will lie and lie.
CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY RIGHT NOW and 'dispute' the charge. It will take a few months because Tightbds/bdparadise does not respond to disputes and your card company has to wait the full time until they can reward you the dispute but you will get your money back through your cc company.
ASK your cc company to make a complaint through their Merchant Services on this company.

If you paid by some other method contact teh BBB there and file a claim
